The Science of Fiction

James Bond’s watches have long featured an array of gadgets, from built-in lasers to time-activated bombs. In this editorial, we examined each watch’s gadgetry, exploring whether Q’s ingenious creations could be realized with modern technology or remain pure science fiction. The illustrations aimed to evoke an abstract universe rich with Bond’s Cold War aesthetics.
