“At the turn of the millennium, Munthe + Simonsen epitomized Danish fashion with a distinctive BoHo style. In 2000-2001, I was responsible for crafting their campaigns, including the overall design of the serene S/S 2000 campaign featuring iconic supermodel René Toft Simonsen in the tranquil marshlands, alongside model May Andersen in a studio setting photographed by Henrik Bülow.”

“For the catalogue, I chose a large format of 24 x 32 cm, allowing ample space coupled with unconventional cropping to evoke Nordic tranquility, beautifully contrasting with the eclectic clothing. Inspired by a recurring unicorn motif in the collection, I created an embossed silhouette on a gray cotton cover, complemented by a sleek white logo, perfectly channelling the artistic spirit of Munthe + Simonsen.”
